What is a Fitfoodway Meal Plan?

 Fitfoodway meal plans have been developed by a team of nutritionists, public food engineers, and experienced chefs, keeping in mind individuals who want to adopt a healthy lifestyle. These meals are customizable both based on individual calorie needs and culinary preferences. They consist of ready-made meals covering the entire day and are delivered daily to your home or office.

How much does a menu cost, and how do I get discounts?

We aim to cultivate customer loyalty by offering significant discounts, allowing you to enjoy an experience where premium products are available at extremely advantageous prices. The cost varies between £16 and £49 per day, depending on the type and number of desired menus. Thus, prices for a single meal start at £4. Enjoy a 10% discount for five-day subscriptions and a 20% discount for 20-day subscriptions. In addition, we offer an extra 5% discount after 40 days of orders, automatically qualifying you for the Gold customer category.

When can I place an order, and when will I receive the food?

Usually, orders are placed one day in advance until 4 pm for delivery the next day. Deliveries are made in two intervals: the first is free and is scheduled for overnight delivery between 10 pm and 7 am, and the second is for morning delivery between 7 am and 11 am, costing £4 per day.

Can I place an order through the app?

Yes, you have the option to place an order through our mobile app, available on Google Play and the App Store.

Where do you deliver?

On the contact page, you will find listed all the cities where we deliver. Also, please note that deliveries in London are only made within the M25.

How is delivery done, and at what times?

After placing the order, our team will prepare the requested meals, and our drivers will deliver them according to the chosen interval, to the address specified in your account. For overnight deliveries, please specify the location clearly where you want us to leave the menu. Additionally, you can contact us in advance to provide access or keys for secure menu delivery.

For morning delivery, you may be contacted by phone in the morning for additional information and to communicate delivery details. Through prior arrangement with our delivery team, you can establish certain details for future deliveries. Also, in the "Specifications" section of your account, you can add additional delivery details.

What are the payment methods?

Payment options exclusively include electronic payment with the card directly on our website.

How do I apply discount codes?

Discounts are applied after adding the desired order to the cart and entering the code in the corresponding section. Discount codes can be used only once and cannot be combined with other discount codes.

How do I apply ambassador codes?

Discount codes offered by our collaborating ambassadors can be entered when registering as a customer. If you have already registered and have not yet added the code, you can do so in the "Ambassador Code" section of my account.

Can I order 2 or more subscriptions to the same address?

Yes, it is possible to order 2 or more subscriptions to the same address, but keep in mind that only one delivery address can be added to a single account. If, in the future, you want one menu to be delivered separately from the other, it will not be possible on the same account.

Can I modify a meal plan from the ordered subscription?

Certainly, each meal plan can be changed according to your preferences. To make the desired changes, please contact our call center, and our team will be happy to adjust the menu according to your preferences. These adjustments need to be made before the delivery date, at least one day in advance by 10 am.

If I no longer want to eat, can I cancel the subscription and get a refund for the remaining days?

Certainly, one of our fundamental values is to offer a 100% guarantee for our products and services. Therefore, if you are not satisfied with the quality of our services or products, we will fully refund the amount for the remaining days of your subscription.

Can I pause a subscription and then resume it?

Certainly! All orders and subscriptions can be suspended by rescheduling them according to your preferences from your customer account. These adjustments need to be made before the delivery date, at least one day in advance by 10 am.

Can I see the meals I am about to receive in advance?

Certainly, all the meals you order are accessible in the "Meal Plan" section under your preferred plan. They are also available in the "Order" section, under the calendar, after selecting the delivery days. Therefore, if you don't like a particular day, you have the option to skip it.

How often do the menus repeat?

Currently, we have four weeks without repeating the culinary selection, constantly seeking to experiment with unique recipes.

Can I change the ingredients?

The meals are developed and calorically evaluated by a nutritionist, so any changes to them will involve adjustments. In general, the meals are standard, and modifications cannot be made; however, if you encounter any issues, please contact our call center, and our team will make efforts to provide the necessary assistance.

What happens if I don't like a dish?

With an extensive variety of meals, you may encounter dishes that do not completely match your preferences, and our team understands this. However, every day we prepare various meals using fresh ingredients and adhering to a meticulously crafted culinary repertoire by nutritionists in collaboration with our chefs. For this reason, modifying dishes in real-time is a complex task. Nevertheless, we are dedicated to providing support, so we encourage you to contact our call center. Can I place an order if I have certain allergies?

On our website, you can find the complete list of all allergens present in our products. Additionally, on the label of each food container, you will find a detailed record of all allergens. As we operate a kitchen that prepares various dishes, including those intended for individuals with allergies, we do not assume responsibility for any errors. There are dishes where certain ingredients cannot be eliminated, so please contact us in case of any issues, and we will make efforts to provide support.

Do you have gluten-free, pork-free, or lactose-free menus?

Certainly, all menus can be ordered with "gluten-free," "lactose-free," or "pork-free" options. As we operate a kitchen that prepares various dishes, including those intended for individuals with allergies, we do not assume responsibility for any errors. You can select this option after choosing the meal plan and delivery days from the "Optional" section in the ordering process.

At what interval are the meals served?

It is recommended that meals be served at an interval of 2-3 hours, respecting their usual sequence.

Do the products contain sugar?

Our products do not include added sugar. Natural honey is the only sweeteners we use in our preparations. However, it is important to note that certain ingredients used in some preparations may contain added sugar.

How many calories are in a meal plan?

Within our meal plans, you will find the "business lunch" for lunch, providing approximately 1000 calories, up to specialized meal plans for muscle mass growth, which contain around 2700 calories.

The meals needs to be served cold, or can they be heated?

We have detailed consumption mode and heating instructions on the label of each food container, if necessary. Our recommendation is flexible, so each dish can be served both warm and cold, depending on your preferences.

Where can I store the menus after receiving them?

Culinary preparations are made a day in advance and subsequently stored in the refrigerator. We recommend keeping the menus cool to maintain freshness and ensure food safety.

Do I need to prepare the food?

No, all meals are already prepared and ready to be consumed. If you wish, you can heat them or add salt and pepper according to your preferences.

Do you have organic meals?

Our meals are not organic because it is challenging to find suppliers who can provide all organic ingredients, and the absence of certain necessary components would prevent the qualification of the dishes as organic. However, we assure you that we exclusively use premium products from local producers, thereby supporting local production. We also avoid excessive use of processed products that do not meet our strict quality standards. We plan to introduce an organic menu in the future, and we are actively searching for suitable suppliers to ensure all necessary ingredients.

How quickly do results show?

As known, muscle growth or weight loss depends on various factors, such as diet, physical activity, age, metabolism, etc. These factors cannot be entirely controlled by us, and purchasing a program from us does not guarantee desired results within a specific time frame.

However, we can offer general information based on our knowledge and the experiences of our customers who have shared such experiences. As a rough estimate, you can expect a weight loss between 0.5 and 2 kg per week, with more intensity at the beginning due to water retention. Regarding muscle mass growth, you should know that this process is slower and influenced by physical exercises, and results can be observed after approximately 6 weeks.

Are the menus suitable if I am pregnant or breastfeeding?

Certainly, our menus are designed to meet all requirements and are recommended as they provide all the nutrients necessary for a healthy diet. All meals are carefully prepared to avoid undercooked meat, and all products are pasteurized, making them safe for consumption. The only matured ingredient is smoked bacon.

To ensure greater safety, we recommend presenting our menu to your doctor to receive any necessary additional approvals.

What do I do if I don't know which menu suits me best?

If you're unsure which menu is best for you, you can consult our calorie calculator, which determines body mass index and provides an approximation of the number of calories needed per day. Thus, depending on your goal, you can purchase a menu with lower or higher calorie content.
